I believe that future skills training is a huge part of personal and professional growth. Especially now with many of us working remote, these skills matter more than ever!
I’ve found a professional development program called Flourishing While Working Remote. They cover remote working skills related to communication, culture and leadership. It includes:
- Access to tons of short, actionable lessons in these topics
- An active community of other learners
- Lots of updates and ongoing revisions—we can even have influence on the program material they create if there’s a particular future skills area we think is important
It’s $350/year right now and I think it will be well worth it. Especially since there are no conferences happening right now. Can I put this on the company card? I’ll be sure to update you in a few months to let you know what I’m learning and whether it’s worth it.
