This series of bite-sized lessons is about how to manage and overcome burnout through training resiliency. 

There is no cure for burnout, and sometimes there will be no way around experiencing burnout. But you can learn to be better at avoiding it and “treating” it when it does come around.

Dynamic program

There is no set syllabus or schedule. It’s part online course, part community, part social support group. Once you’re in, you have access for at least a year. During that year, we’ll be adding new material based on your input and discussions

Introduction to Leadership

Leaders are called upon to provide a great deal of guidance and support to those they lead. We assert that effective leaders rely on a solid foundation comprised of three elements which act as a filter to guide their practice no matter the circumstances.

Introduction to Storytelling

Total estimated time: 2 hours

Stories are insanely powerful tools, if you know how to use them. In this free introductory course, lifelong storyteller and digital marketer Jordy Fujiwara explores some foundational aspects of what stories are, why humans are hardwired to respond to them, what purpose stories can serve in life, beyond entertainment, and what makes for a good story.

There is no set syllabus or schedule. Rather, Head Curators of the School will take the lead on exploring topics, offering insights, sparking discussion and coaching members through exercises. Periodically, the School’s Knowledge Library will be updated to reflect the most valuable information generated by the community at large.

Members of the School can contribute and consume content at their own discretion and pace.
