Leaders are called upon to provide a great deal of guidance and support to those they lead. We assert that effective leaders rely on a solid foundation comprised of three elements which act as a filter to guide their practice no matter the circumstances.Effective leaders are:
- clear on their core values
- have the big picture in mind and are constantly striving toward their just cause or vision
- understand their purpose, and live their mission daily
This course contains about 12 minutes of video content, alongside several resources, exercises, and reflection opportunities. We estimate that it will take about an hour of your time in total.
