Set up a password

In some cases, you may not have set up a password when you first joined your Mighty Network. This happens when you originally signed up using Facebook or LinkedIn.

To set up a new password or unlink your account from Facebook or LinkedIn, sign into Clear Crossing Academy on a desktop computer. Then, go to your settings (here’s a quick link).

You’ll see the option to “Add a Password” if you originally signed up without a password or you currently sign in using Facebook or LinkedIn.

Once you select the option to “Add a Password,” we’ll send you an email with a link to set up your new password that you can use going forward.

If you’re still having trouble disconnecting your accounts or setting up a new password, please submit a help ticket with our technology provider, Mighty Networks. The form is here. It will ask you for a Mighty Network Name or URL—enter for that part of the form.
